First, thanks for using our service. We appreciate it.

To complete your rebate process, we ask that you please fill out our rebate request form immediately following your signup. Failure to submit a rebate request form will disqualify you from your $40.00 rebate.

How Do I Check the Status of My Rebate?

We have a verification list that we send to LunarPages monthly. When you first contact us via the rebate request form, we will respond after we have added you to this verification list.

After that, you will hear from us within 6-8 weeks with your rebate paid status.

Is My Email Address and Contact Information Safe?

Yes! We strongly value your privacy. We will only use your email address and contact information for the purpose of communicating your rebate status with you. We will also follow up to make sure you received your rebate and to make sure you are satisfied.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Rebate?

Your $40.00 rebate will be sent anywhere from 6-8 weeks from the date you signup with our LunarPages hosting offer.

If you select check as your rebate method, you will need to wait an additional week for the USPS to deliver your check.

Why Does It Take 6-8 Weeks For My Rebate?

LunarPages provides a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. We must wait for this period to expire before we can begin processing your rebate.

Are There Any Fees?

If you are in a country that does not use VAT tax and you request your rebate payment to be sent to your personal PayPal account, you will not have any fees.

LunarPages charges 17.5% VAT in countries that require VAT taxes. This fee is not credited in your rebate. VAT tax is your responsibility.

If you only have a business PayPal account, PayPal may charge transaction fees. This fee is not credited in your rebate.

If you choose your rebate payment method as check, there is a $1 check processing fee that we require. Your check will arrive in the amount of $39.00 to cover this fee. This $1 fee covers USPS 1st class shipping and our handling costs.
